What every mailbox has
- Webmail: threaded conversations, search, folders, drafts, contacts, a signature, forwarding, vacation replies and blocked senders.
- Any mail app: IMAP on
mail.usemektup.com:993, SMTP on 465 or 587. - Your domain, trusted: a DKIM key per domain and the SPF and DMARC records to add, so your mail is signed and checked.
- Spam filtering on everything that arrives.
- A team: 5 team members included, $2 a month for each extra.
- Room: 15 GB shared across all mailboxes on the account.
Set it up
- Sign up and choose Starter.
- Add your domain. Mektup shows five records: two MX records, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Add them where your domain's DNS is managed (your registrar, Cloudflare, your web host). Mektup never changes your DNS itself.
- Create mailboxes and sign in to webmail, or add them to your mail apps.

From each company's pricing page on 23 October 2026. If you only need inboxes for a few people, Purelymail and Migadu are cheaper. Mektup costs less than per-user hosting once a team grows, and it is the one to choose when your domains also need to send from software, receive into code or an AI agent, or collect website forms.
One account, many domains
Freelancers, studios and founders often run five or fifteen domains: the company, side projects, products, clients. On Mektup they all sit under one login, with one bill, and every address can be opened in webmail, in a mail app or through the API. Agencies that host email for clients use Enterprise, where each client gets a login that sees only their own mail.
